Modular Roads Pack

 Modular Roads Pack introduces a comprehensive collection of high-quality, PBR-ready road assets designed for realistic gameplay and visual fidelity. The pack includes albedo, normal, roughness, and ambient occlusion maps, with textures supporting up to 4096x4096 resolution. It features animated rain that can be triggered in-game by pressing the E key. Multiple levels are provided, including one demo level and one overview level. The asset bundle contains two complete road pieces, five central verges in Style A and Style B, four curbs in Style A, twenty-three curbs in Style B, eight intersection elements, forty-three road markings, eighteen road sections in Style A, and two road sections in Style B. LODs are included for performance optimization, and collision data is fully integrated. All assets are delivered with complete material and geometry details, ensuring seamless integration into any Unity project.
