 The Residential Buildings Pack v2.8 is an excellent choice for quickly building suburban environments in Unity. This resource bundle includes 30 different USA-style residential home exteriors, 30 matching garages (one for each home), a small-town chapel, a modular road system, and various props. It contains a total of 109 prefabs. Key features include draw-call-friendly texture atlasing, PBR materials using the metallic workflow, a modular road system with various intersection and driveway types (including marked and unmarked options), custom colliders and lightmap support for all meshes, essential suburban props such as modular fences, mailboxes, and trash cans, and two demo scenes set up for day and night conditions. The pack also includes URP and HDRP shader upgraders. The package offers five house types, with six different models for each type.
