Corporate Building Futura v1.1

 Corporate Building Futura v1.1 is a game resource pack designed for Unity, supporting engine versions 2020.3.17 or higher. The pack includes a modular corporate building with both exterior and interior designs. The building features an entrance area and three floors connected by round stairs. The first floor includes a reception and two large conference halls, the second floor has rest areas and two large offices, and the third floor contains only rest areas. The environment is built using a modular workflow, enabling users to customize and create new buildings by combining provided elements such as wall blocks, floor blocks, glass blocks, panels, columns, fences, and more. The asset pack contains 42 models in total, including structural elements like stairs, walls, floors, columns, and furniture props such as tables, chairs, sofas, plants, shelves, and panels. It also includes a complete example scene and over 40 game-ready props.
