 Clean/Horror School Environment v4.23+ is a comprehensive resource pack that provides everything needed to create modular school environments, and can also be extended to build other generic interior spaces. The pack includes a special shader that allows quick transformation of the environment into a horror or post-apocalyptic setting. It features 126 unique assets, 164 material instances based on two master materials, and 16 decals such as scratching, leaking, and blood. The package includes three demo scenes: a clean school version, a horror version, and a scene showcasing all assets laid out. The master material offers extensive control over texture maps, including dirt masks, world space dust, and more. All assets come with LODs, collision data, and optimized lightmap UVs with correctly applied settings. The demo scenes are fully set up and use only assets included in the pack.
