 The Town Generator | Construct Tool | Spawner v1.4 is a powerful game resource pack designed to streamline the creation of detailed towns and cities in Unity. It allows users to generate entire towns in minutes using a flexible sector-based system, where each sector can have unique building sets and terrain layers. Roads and walls are automatically generated across overlapping sectors, with roads aligning to the terrain via a spline editor and customizable width at any point. Wall generation supports the creation of small holdings, farms, or fortresses within larger walled cities. Buildings are placed with physics-based collision checks to prevent overlap, featuring doors and attachment points for adjacent structures. Users can define maximum height differences between adjacent buildings to improve randomness.
