The Dynamic 2.5D Camera System 4.16+ is a volume-based camera system designed for both 2D and 2.5D platform games. It offers enhanced control and flexibility with key features including support for Paper 2D, easier setup, increased space in front of the target character during movement, adjustable zoom and zoom speed, customizable tracking axes, platform locking to prevent unwanted Z-axis tracking when landing on platforms, the ability to set a fixed camera position, and built-in look-up and look-down animations when the Z-axis is movable. Updates include improved handling when the camera's target becomes invalid (e.g., on character death) and integration with the 5.1 input system. Version 3 is now available for 4.25+ and simplifies configuration further.
